for, we will be not be compensated (as long as you
warrant to perform on your side). This has worked very

We first perform a very comprehensive proprietary
assessment. This assessment examines eight key factors
that keep businesses like yours from prospering and
growing.
It gives clarity for you and for us on:
- What your real growth strategy is or should be
- What needs to change in your business model
- Where you’re weak; where you’re strong, etc.
We are willing to assess the business for virtually our
hard cost because we know upon analysis we will be
able to make a difference in your business. This could be
worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions.
When we are done with the assessment, we can sit
down with you and together we can target a long-term
or mid-range consulting, collaboration or advisory
strategy.
This strategy will be designed to produce a very

About EMR Executive Director Taylor Teresi

Owner of four businesses, Mr. Teresi’s strength is in
being able to make money-connections between
seemingly unrelated business entities.
He is a master at showing businesses how to create
risk free, irresistible offers that forge mutually beneficial
relationships, not only with customers, but also with
other business partners.
Mr. Teresi started working with small and medium
businesses in 1990 as a CPA in Buffalo, NY. It was
there where he first received constant exposure to the
mindset of business owners and was given a “back
stage pass” to the internal operations of dozens of
successful small companies.
The principals of Fiscal Responsibility and Return on
Investment that Teresi learned as a CPA are hallmark to
the solutions he brings to his clients.
After 5 years of working with small business owners in
accounting, Mr. Teresi went to the University of Buffalo
to receive his MBA in Marketing.
He was then quickly hired and mastered Relationship
Sales and Marketing with IBM in New York City for nine
years.
By the time he left IBM, he had closed two different one
hundred million dollar deals and was IBM’s number #1
producing representative in his cluster consisting of New
York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware and Vermont
and one of the top performers in the entire Country.
Teresi considers himself a researcher. He devours
thousands of books, articles, reports and case studies
then takes the “best of the best” strategies and techniques
and implements them with EMR’s clients. Teresi believes
that marketing strategies, like customer’s needs, are
constantly evolving.
Campaigns that worked last year don’t always work
today. A great consulting company has to have a pulse on
the market and determine the proper course of action for
their clients. It requires a tremendous amount of work on
our part - but the results are worth it!
